Position: Affiliate partnerships manager

We are looking for an ambitious affiliate partnership manager to own the affiliate services for our growing roster of clients. In this role, you’ll do researching, strategizing, and presenting innovative business opportunities to place startups at the forefront of affiliate partnership management. This role will be hands-on working with affiliate partners while also reviewing the competitive landscape and working cross-functionally to execute initiatives and innovative solutions.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Research the existing landscape and service proposition across multiple industries like fintech, insuretech, and personal finance, and more;
  • Proactively identify authentic industry-leading taste-makers, influencers, and key opinion leaders building relationships to present our clients’ unique partnership proposition. Maximize social platforms as acquisition and sales channel;
  • Recruit new partners: identify potential affiliates, reach out to them (emails, calls, meetings) and close the deal;
  • Onboard new partners: walk them through the process of getting started. Answer any questions they have;
  • Monitor success of initiatives and partnerships against agreed-upon KPIs to increase revenue, social engagement, and brand awareness;
  • Establish strong personal relationships with affiliate partnerships driving engagement and revenue to meet and exceed sales plans;
  • Oversee operational functions related to the program i.e. invoicing and consignment orders to ensure timely delivery and service.

Gross salary range:  1150 – 3480 eur + equity options. We are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.

We expect you to:

  • At least 0,5 year of experience working in affiliate marketing or a similar field (digital marketing, business development, etc.);
  • Outstanding networking, interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships in all scopes of business required;
  • Strategic, holistic thinker with a proven ability to drive action and change in a growing, start-up environment;
  • Expert problem solver with strong judgment and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour ;
  • Learn quickly (nobody has perfect knowledge, especially when scaling a new product in a new field);
  • Have an “anything can do” attitude (we don’t know what is looking for us around the corner);
